Therapeutic Massage                                                                         

A full body massage using multiple massage techniques to help the release stress and tension within the muscles.  Leaving you feeling loose and relaxed.  Techniques used are Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Swedish massage.

This service is offered as a 60, 90 or 120 minute session.

Reiki Massage (ray-key)

A full body, mind and spirit relaxation retreat.  The session begins with Reiki, then moves into a full body Reiki Massage with Reiki flowing throughout the session. This helps to relax and de-stress the whole body to restore balance physically and emotionally.

This service is offered as a 60, 90 or 120 minute session.

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage focuses is on what is allying you and how to resolve it. It uses slow focused pressure to work the deeper layers of the muscles and connective tissue. This is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted muscles areas of the body such as the neck, low back, hips and shoulders. This session focuses on the muscle groups needing worked on to help relieve stress or tension or as a full body tuneup.  Whichever you prefer.

Reiki (ray-key)

Reiki is an ancient natural energy technique used to help restore balance within the body. It is administered by a light touch on or within the body’s energy field in order to channel energy to the recipient.  In this session the client remains fully clothed.

Corporate and Event Chair Massage

Whether you are treating your employee’s or hosting an event/party of your own, Chair massage is a big hit!  Clients remain fully clothed, seated in a massage Chair. Primary areas worked are neck and shoulders to help relieve stress and tension. However other areas may also be incorporated, to include the arms, hands, and head.

Cancellation Policy

 

 

This policy applies to all cancellation and/or changes of appointment date and/or time(s).

We have a 24 hour notification for cancellations of “In-Office” appointment and a 48 hour cancellaation notification for “On-site/In-home” appointments. Individuals who miss their reservation without prior notification will be charged the full amount of the service.

Cancellations can be done online if this is how the appointment was booked, otherwise you will need to call, text or email the cancellation.
